Armistice Day, Remembrance travel and veterans' survey
Today on Armistice Day, and at Remembrance services across the county and the nation on Sunday, we remember those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our safety and liberty.
Anne-Marie said:
"It is always a tremendous honour to represent my constituents at Remembrance services, and this morning I had the honour of meeting Chelsea Pensioners, veterans and serving personnel at No10 Downing Street, as Prime Minister Rishi Sunak held a reception to honour their courage and commitment.
"Many of you will know that championing the rights and needs of our service personnel, their families and veterans has been a passion of mine since my election, and that has not waned. I am really pleased my colleague Johnny Mercer has launched a new veterans' survey - the first ever Government-funded survey to seek the views of veterans so their needs can be better met within Government."
If you are a veteran, please take part HERE and share widely with others. It should take under 30 minutes to complete and is open for 12 weeks.
Finally, a reminder that rail travel to Remembrance events on Sunday (or Saturday if travelling to London) is free for serving personnel and veterans - all the details are HERE.
